Have you ever thought about what you'd say to your future self? Today’s January Jumpstart prompt is all about doing just that. Grab a notebook, open a document, or pull out your favorite pen and write a letter to the you who’ll be living their best life at the end of 2025.

 

 

What dreams do you hope to achieve by then? What are you proud of today that your future self will be grateful for? What little bits of wisdom or encouragement do you want to send forward through time?

 

This letter doesn’t have to be perfect—just heartfelt. Maybe you’ll share some intentions, celebrate small victories, or remind future you to stay kind and patient. Whatever you choose to include, let it be a love note to your growth, resilience, and ambition.

 

When you’re done, seal it up or save it somewhere special. Bonus points if you go to futureme.org and have it auto-send your letter to you on December 31 (I just received mine from last year and I LOVED it!).

 

Trust me, future you will thank you for this thoughtful moment of reflection.
