I woke up on January 1st, bound and determined to find publishing homes for my two completed novels that have yet to see the light of day.
What are they about, you ask?
One is a contemporary thriller.
I know you'll love it because its heroine has a dark past, a droll sense of humor, and is running from bad guys before the good guys put her in jail for embezzlement and a murder she didn't commit.
The other is a 19th Century family saga.
A young heroine's future happiness is sacrificed by her mother and brother, who feel it will threaten his thriving career.
Discovering their duplicity, she takes her revenge by ruining his reputation.
Yes, there is a Housewife Assassin novel for 2025, with all the twists and connivery you've come to expect from Donna's plots! I also have another three still-to-be completed books to finish: maybe not this year, but certainly before I shuffle off this mortal coil.
But first things first:
I must manifest the destinies of the two finished books.
They deserve to be read.
I can't wait to introduce you to these wonderful new characters so that you can fall in love with them too.
I want you to feel their joy and their pain.
I hope memory of them stays with you long after you've read “The End.”
