Beyond Finance - Customer Service Representative. US. Call center is open 7 days a week. The hours are M-F 7:00am-10:00pm CST and Sat/Sun 7:00am-9:00pm CST. The ability to work weekends and evenings is required. Provide a helpful and caring customer service experience over high volume inbound and outbound client phone calls of varying complexity by responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs in a remote call center environment. Minimum 1 Year of Call Center Experience Required (High Volume preferred!).

OneForma - Internet Judges for MAPS evaluation. Open to many countries worldwide. Work when you want provided you can give them 20 hours a week of availability. During this Search Engine Evaluation project, participants will evaluate the quality of queries made by internet users while navigating through different MAP applications. The entries to evaluate will be of varied nature, from user intent to authentication of data accuracy.

 

Paid Viewpoint - Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long (at least for me) to cash out since the threshold is only $5. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

 

Augmented Experts - Industry Experts. As an industry expert, you review content and provide personal insight based on your experiences. Requires a minimum of 5 years working at a managerial level or higher and a LinkedIn™ profile showcasing your expertise, 500 connections, USA location. They estimate about 30 minutes of your time per content asset reviewed. Set your own rates.

 

Curated - Experts. Work from anywhere. Part-time. You will make money for each conversation with a shopper and get a fixed percentage commission for all purchases, regardless of brand. Customers can also leave tips, and do so for around 80% of purchases! Payroll takes place twice a month.
