UPCOMING NOT-TO-MISS CAMPGROUND EVENTS!
There will be a Cayo Hueso Brewery Tour on Wednesday, January 8th. Meet at the office at 12:45 pm to walk over to the brewery. No sign up required.
 
The Florida Keys Wounded Warrior ride takes place next weekend and they will be riding by the lower keys on Saturday morning. Please join other campers at CVS Stock Island to cheer on these American heroes. Wear your red white and blue!
 
There will be a Ladies' Luncheon at Roostica on Wednesday, January 15 at 4 pm. The cost will be $20. Sign up in the front office.
 
The following week there will be a Men's Luncheon at Roostica on Tuesday, January 21 at 4 pm. The cost is $20. Sign up in the front office.
 
There will be another Coral Reef Fishing trip aboard the Cora Beth on Thursday, January 23. from 1-5pm. The cost is $70, cash only. Space is limited so be sure to sign up today. Fee must be paid when you sign up.

TRUMAN WATERFRONT MARKET
 
The Truman Waterfront Market takes place every Thursday from 2-7pm at the pier next to the Key West Amphitheater. Browse, shop and enjoy a world famous sunset!!
 
 
KEYWEST ARTISAN MARKET
 
The Key West Artisan Market, “Don't be trashy” takes place on Sunday, January 12 from 10 am - 2 pm at Indigenous Park at White Street Pier. It's a fun, family and pet friendly open air bazaar with dozens of local vendors.
KEY WEST LIBRARY SPEAKER SERIES
 
The Friends of the Library Speaker Series is underway. Every Monday a different author gives a talk on their book and other literary topics. The lecture takes place at 6 pm in the library's garden at 700 Fleming Street. Admission is FREE and there is no need to register. Visit friendsofthekeywestlibrary.org for a full schedule of speakers.
 
 
KEY WEST LITERARY SEMINAR
 
The annual Key West Literary Seminar will be held from January 9-12 at various locations throughout the island. 
The seminar theme this year is “family”.

PLOGGING THE KEYS
 
A group of volunteers meets every Friday at 8 am at different locations around the island collecting litter to keep our island home beautiful. Anyone is welcome. Next Friday's meeting location is at 319 Duval Street, across from the Women's Club. You can get more information at facebook.com/KeepKeyWestBeautiful.
OUTDOOR MOVIE SERIES
 
The next Outdoor Movie event will be on Friday, January 10 with a family friendly movie shown at East Martello Towers, 3501 S. Roosevelt Blvd. The grounds open at 5 pm and the movie begins at dusk. FREE popcorn!
FLORIDA KEYS CELTIC FESTIVAL
 
The Florida Keys Celtic Festival takes place next weekend, January 11 & 12 at the Marathon Community Park, MM 49. The festival features bag pipers, Irish step dancers, highland games and authentic Celtic food. The hours are 10 am - 7 pm on Saturday and 11 am - 5 pm on Sunday. Admission is $12 per person.
IMPROMPTU CONCERT SERIES
 
The first of the 2025 Impromptu Concert Series will be held on Sunday, January 12 at 4pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 401 Duval Street. Cellist Thomas Mesa and organist Greg Zelek will perform. Tickets are $20 and available at keystix.com
ANNUAL WIENERPALOOZA!
 
The annual WienerPalooza will take place on January 18. It's a fun parade of dachshunds. The parade starts at the Customs House at noon and ends at Hank's Hair of the Dog Saloon.
All doggies are welcome!
Proceeds benefit a local animal rescue organization.
