Nicole Kreutzer, MA, LPC, (she/her/hers) has been on the Rooted Compassion Team for over a year now, and her presence has been the biggest gift to our community. With a background in holistic health and wellness coaching, Nicole looks at each situation with the understanding that the mental, physical, and emotional are interconnected. Nicole approaches therapy with her detective cap on and she brings one for you too. Her goal is to work with you to explore and connect what’s happening in your life so that you can create meaningful change. She is passionate about working with individuals and couples to navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth. Nicole is EMDR trained, IFS informed, and approaches therapy through the lens of the polyvagal theory. When she isn’t counseling or practicing pilates, you might find her playing with her two opinionated and watchful Daniffs, Merlin and Arthur.
