Workout clothes can accumulate fast—and let’s be real, how many of them are actually comfortable or perform the way you want during your workout? 
 
Today, go through your activewear drawer and get rid of anything that’s stretched out, faded, or makes you want to skip your workout (I'm looking at you, quad-boob sports bra…).

Focus on keeping pieces that feel good and perform well during your workouts. 
 
Bonus points if you designate a single drawer for ALL THINGS athletic wear, so everything you need is in one place:

- socks/"good" undies/sports bras (yes, take these out of your underwear drawer!)
- tops/tanks (fold these into a shoe box in the drawer to keep them tidy!)
- leggings/joggers/shorts (try rolling these and putting a fave hair tie around them!)
