Get to work:
Take time to invest in answering 6 core questions around your organization or team. Do this over the course of 1 day out of the office, or over the course of a few leadership team meetings.
The core questions are:
Why do we exist?
How do we behave?
What do we do?
How will we proceed?
What is important, right now?
Who does what?
Use this document to help you. These questions may seem simple, but many people skip them and assume that everyone is on the same page with the answers. Spoiler: they're not.
