Think about this: 21% are Democratic voters, and 59% are nonvoters—together, that’s 79% of the U.S. who didn’t vote for Trump. Maybe all of us can be engaged in other ways: marching, advocating in schools and workplaces, writing letters, speaking to politicians, donating, supporting mutual aid, and standing up for causes to protect people.
