Dear First name / friend,
As we enter 2025—a year already shadowed by the devastating wildfires in LA—I’ve been reflecting deeply on what leadership truly means. Leadership isn’t just about managing a crisis; it’s about staying calm in the storm, creating a plan, and rallying those around you with hope and direction.
This is a lesson I learned the hard way during Eric’s health journey. When no one stepped into the leadership role, I realized it had to be me. Whether it’s in the midst of a personal crisis or a community-wide disaster, leadership means inspiring resilience and making everyone feel valued and part of the solution.
Today, as we face new challenges, I encourage all of us to think about how we can lead with purpose, clarity, and compassion—not just for ourselves but for those who look to us for strength.
I invite you to read my latest article, where I share more about my journey and what leadership has taught me about navigating the toughest moments in life. Click

Let’s make 2025 a year where we rise to the occasion, together. First name / As always, I hope to see you soon!
