Welcome to the first edition of my monthly newsletter, inspired by the laid-back, vibrant vibe of the Florida Keys! I’ll share updates, market insights, success stories, and tips to help you navigate your real estate goals.
Speaking of goals…this past year marked an exciting milestone as I branched out from the incredible team that introduced me to real estate and ventured into building my brand as a single agent. I was nervous to jump in with both feet, but ultimately, I knew that my potential and dream life would be waiting on the other side of that fear. Looking back, I’m so proud of the growth and success I’ve achieved for both my buyers and sellers! I’m beyond grateful to have received the“Top Dog” award for achieving the highest sales total at our brokerage this year. None of this would have been possible without the guidance of my mentors, the support of my husband, and the trust of my incredible clients.
Negotiation Success Highlights
I’m dedicated to helping my clients save big and secure the best deals. On average, I helped my buyer clients save about 7.7% off list prices this year! Through strategic pricing, targeted marketing, and expert negotiation, I’ve helped my sellers achieve fast sales at strong values, often over 95% of the list price. Recent wins include securing an off-market deal in just three days and closing another sale within a week, showcasing my commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Looking Ahead
As we enter the new year, I’m excited to keep this momentum going! Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to bring the same strategy, dedication, and passion to your real estate journey.
Filing for the homestead exemption is a great way to save on property taxes if your home is your primary residence. It lowers the taxable value of your home, which can mean a smaller tax bill. It can provide up to $50,000 off the assessed value of a property andthe assessed value cannot increase more than 3% each year. If you’re eligible, it’s definitely worth doing!
To apply in Monroe County, you can visit the Property Appraiser's website to fill out an online application or visit their office in person at the courthouse at 500 Whitehead Street. Happy Homeasteadin'!
