About olivia

 

Olivia Kirkpatrick, MSN, AGNP-BC, is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years in medicine. She attended University of Missouri-Columbia for two years, until she received an academic scholarship for Central Methodist University nursing program where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in nursing. She later pursued her advanced practice degree from North Park University in Chicago where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing.

 

OIivia started her career at Northwestern Medicine in downtown Chicago. Most of her nursing background was in critical care where she was passionate, however, after seven years she decided to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. For three and a half years she worked two jobs—in the ICU and at a medical spa—to achieve her dream of becoming a full-time aesthetic provider. Her foundational ethics are driven by continually learning the most up-to-date injection techniques while providing the safest, most effective care in a calm, comforting environment.

 

It is Olivia’s passion to treat each patient in a unique, customized, natural approach. Her favorite quote, which is at the forefront of her injecting philosophy is “In art, less is more”. Her guiding principles are that everyone deserves to feel beautiful, and that you need to overvalue from the inside out; to her, that is where confidence and empowerment is truly built.

Bree Smith, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled nurse with over 12 years of experience in ER and trauma care and 3 years as an aesthetic nurse injector. Originally from Georgia, she moved to Seattle as a travel nurse and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest, where she decided to stay. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing her ARNP degree.

 

Her passion lies in aesthetics and skincare, with a philosophy rooted in enhancing each patient’s natural beauty through personalized, minimally invasive treatments. Early in her aesthetics career, Bree identified a gap in support for new injectors, leading her to found the Allied Injectors Collective. This initiative, which began with a small group of 15 novice injectors, has grown into a thriving community of over 80 injectors across Washington State. Through hosting networking events and collaborating with leading brands like Allergan and Galderma, she has fostered a space for education, connection, and empowerment.

Nadia Kruse is a skilled registered nurse with 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, including 7 years in trauma and orthopedic nursing. Over the past 3 years, Nadia has transitioned into the world of aesthetics, where her unique background in makeup artistry has provided her with an intimate understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic detail. She specializes in giving her clients their ideal personalized lip filler using her Goddess Lip Technique.

 

In addition to her nursing expertise, Nadia is a certified Reiki practitioner and has training in sound healing and crystal healing. She is deeply passionate about integrating spiritual practices into her aesthetic work, believing that true beauty comes from a harmonious balance of mind, body, and energy. About shakira

 

Shakira graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006 with a dual Masters of Physician Assistant Studies and Bachelor’s in Health Care Science. She worked mostly inpatient Medicine in Cardiology, Neurology, and as a Hospitalist. In 2012, she was hired as a PA for the Trauma/Plastic Surgery department at one of the Level 1 Trauma Centers in San Antonio, Brooke Army Medical Center. As part of the Physician Assistant team there, she covered the Trauma bay, ICU, inpatient wards, Surgery clinic and scrubbed into surgeries as a First Assist. It was during her time in the operating room that her love for surgery and aesthetics began. Caring for the complicated trauma and reconstruction patients with a long road to recovery and helping them regain their life and confidence is what gave her joy.

 

In 2015, she left Brooke Army Medical Center and began her surgical first assist company. She worked with Plastic Surgeons in the community assisting them with cases in the operating room. Although she loved the operating room, she still longed for a way to have her own patients outside of surgery. In 2018, she dove into Aesthetics full force with the goal to grow her own practice and have those relationships again as she did with her reconstruction patients. She’s made it her priority to train with the best worldwide to offer her San Antonio patients cutting-edge procedures and skills.

 

Throughout her training in Aesthetics, she’s been privileged to learn the techniques and trade of injectable medicine from the top cosmetic injectors in the country. She believes it is critical for a clinician to continue his or her education and training. She now is a trainer for other injectors and travels around the state training others. She believes learning and having the student mentality is vital in this ever-changing field.
