Last week talked about setting your semester goal. Did you do it? Log into our 365 community platform (link below) to share it and inspire others to take action. Remember, we're all in this together, ready to support and hold each other accountable for the goals we set.
How do you reach your goal? You build key habits that, slowly but surely, move you in the direction of whatever you wish to achieve. This is not about wishful thinking; it's about taking control and making progress through consistent, small daily actions.
Slow and steady wins the race.
If you want to get an A in your hardest class, you'll need to schedule focused time blocks to prioritize studying. If you want to reduce stress and feeling overwhelmed, you'll need to pick one of your favorite stress relievers and make room for it in your schedule. If you want to step out of your comfort zone, you'll need to pinpoint an activity you'd like to try this semester and find a friend to join you.
I love that key habits make everything easier when you develop consistency (and maintain it). You take the constant decision-making out of the equation because you've already decided to study at the library on Mon/Wed/Fri from 3 - 5 PM. Done!
Many of us struggle because we aren't clear on what we wish to achieve, much less how we will get there. Good thing you're the type of person who plans ahead, prioritizes your time, and manages your energy efficiently.
And, if you need help in these areas, we've got you. Log into our 365 community platform and click on our Key Habits Program. We'll walk you through a four-step process to clarify your priorities and build key habits to support your efforts. ✨
