Aspira - Customer Service Representative (Seasonal). US. The Aspira Customer Service Center provides 24/7/365 inbound and outbound customer support, addressing inquiries, reservations, and purchases while adhering to company policies and contractual obligations. Must have strong customer service skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
Cigna - Claims Representative. California residents only. The claims representative is responsible for manually reviewing and processing medical, supplemental, or dental claims. Pay is $19 hourly.
ClearCaptions - Help Desk Support Specialist. US. ClearCaptions is looking for a customer service-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. Requires Associates of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience and 1-3 years of working experience in providing help desk support. Pay range is $25.61 to $30.00/hr prospectively with consideration to experience and geographical location.
Attapoll - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel with a really easy-to-use app and lots of survey opportunities. And I've been paid by them (quickly once I had enough to cash out). Some are lengthy (pay more) and some are shorter (pay less but easy to get through quickly). You can cash out with just $3 in your account to Paypal, Revolut, gift cards, or you can donate your earnings.
Concentrix - Customer Service Representative. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Many US locations. The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Must have the ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English as well as at least one year of past customer service experience. Pay ranges between $15 and $20 hourly.
LearnLight – ESL Tutors. Worldwide. Must have at least 2 years of language teaching experience, foreign language certification, and 10 hours of availability per week. Possible to earn up to about $15 hourly.
Lingostar - ESL Teachers. Must be an English speaker from US, UK, Canada, or Philippines. You will help teach English to students aged 5 to 13 in one on one live classes. Must have a bachelor's degree or higher and some sort of ESL teacher certification (TEFL, TESOL, etc.).
Paid Viewpoint - Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long (at least for me) to cash out since the threshold is only $5. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.
Textmaster - Translators. Textmaster will accept semi-professionals and professionals to translate for them. Payments are made via Paypal or Payoneer within 1-2 weeks after work is complete. Choose your own tasks. Rates are tailored to you, so a set rate is not available on the website.
Instacart - Personal grocery shoppers. Not remote, but flexible work you can do whenever you want. Pay is weekly via Paypal or direct deposit. According to Glassdoor, you'll earn between $10 and $15 hourly doing this.
