2. Shipping Details: Discuss shipping terms. Will the manufacturer handle shipping, or will you arrange it? Clarify who covers shipping costs and understand the timeline.  

 

3. Shipping Window: Confirm production and shipping windows to help you plan inventory and marketing.  

 

4. Order Confirmation: Request a detailed confirmation that includes quantities, colors, customizations, and all agreed-upon details.  

 

5. Communication: Stay in touch with your manufacturer to keep track of progress and address any potential delays.
