Behind the scenes, K. Frances Pape has been hard at work bringing the new shop, Saxy a Go Go, to life—set to open in the coming months! Stay tuned for more details in next month’s newsletter.
With so much energy going into the shop, progress on the current painting has been a bit slower, but it’s coming along beautifully—about 50% complete. The first stage was all about playfully laying down ideas, and now comes the challenge of bringing all the elements into a balanced harmony. The final step? Knowing when to stop—before it’s overworked, but after it fully captures the story’s essence.
Thank you for following along! K. Frances Pape is excited for both the painting and the shop to take their final forms.
More than a wishing basket!
Place your hopes, dreams, goals, prayers, and celebrations into our "More Than a Wishing Basket." Join us for a fire, open to everyone, February 12th 4:30-5:15 pm at the River Trail Fireplace.
A new sacred cloth is coming to life to enhance our More Than A Wishing Basket and serve as a focal point for fires by the River Trail. Chris already feels its energy, holding space for wishes, dreams, and kindred spirits.
This past month Ruth has been chipping away at various projects. She’s been drawing lots of mermaid studies in preparation for some story books (!) and working on a fun logo project.
Ruth is looking forward to spring and the energy that accompanies the returning sun.
