What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a powerful practice that uses vibrations from sound tools and instruments to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Whether you're looking to deepen your Pilates practice or simply unwind, our new sessions will provide the ultimate mind-body reset.
 
Led by our Owner & Lead Trainer, Jaclyn LeBlanc, 
these unique sessions will guide you into deep relaxation through the healing power of sound.

All you need to do is listen, relax, and let go. You may drift into deep relaxation, feel an emotional release, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness. Each session is a personal journey, and every experience is unique.

🔹 1 PM | Restorative Sound Bath
➡️ A 30-minute immersive sound bath (no workout)

Class Essentials & Guidelines
 
Packing List: Anything you need to make yourself comfortable lying down on your back, an eye mask, and blanket. You will be lying down on Yoga mats or reformers provided by the studio.
 
Precautions: This class is not for clients who are unable to lie down on the floor and get back up independently. This is not for clients who currently are working through injuries and needing modifications. You may however remain seated if that is more comfortable or if lying down on your back is not a comfortable position for your body. If you are going to be late please do not attend.
