I'd love to invite you to join me for a 4 night luxury, boutique retreat in Puglia, Italy, from the 11-15 October 2025. This will be an intimate retreat for a max of 10 lovely ladies! Switch off your phone, leave your responsibilities behind and meet me on the terrace for a coffee or a glass of wine! Take time to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul. 
Our venue is a very special one with it's simple, understated beauty. Set within its own stunning grounds with views that will take your breath away.
 
Fly into Brindisi and jump in a taxi to take you 45 minutes to our Masseria.
 
We may be in the middle of nowhere but day trips to Lecce and the beach will be available.
Imagine the scene…
You'll be staying in the most beautiful, peaceful masseria from where you'll decide how to spend your days. Will it be a dip in the pool, lazing on the sunbed with a good book or exploring the surrounding countryside by foot or bike.
 
I'll be offering a class every morning and evening in either our indoor studio or on the rooftop terrace as the sun rises and sets.
Food is a huge priority on every By Lucy retreat. 
 
Our private chef will be creating amazing meals for us to graze over. Prepared daily using fresh produce. 
 
Your delicious brunch, dinner and snacks are all included in the retreat price.
We will be joined by guest teacher Ola Parkes. Ola is an Intuitive Energy Healer committed to transforming the way that we work, live, and play, allowing us to fully embrace life and release what holds us back. She specialises in helping individuals reconnect with their intuition, inner wisdom and purpose. During her sessions, she inspires and empowers her clients to take responsibility for their well-being, embody their truth, and create a life of joy and freedom.

Your days will consist of Pilates, mindful movement, energy healing, breathwork, meditation and delicious food in the most beautiful setting. No previous Pilates experience needed. Just bring an open mind and a desire to feel relaxed and find that sense of calm you've been craving. Spend your days connecting with like minded souls or finding a shady nook to have some alone time. The choice is all yours!

AM: 1 ½ hour Refreshing Movement & Breathwork class.
PM: 1 ½ hour Restorative Pilates and Meditation to unwind and relax.
