Friday Faves - February 7, 2025

I've received some wonderful feedback
that you are enjoying me sharing my weekly faves!

That delights me because it is fun to put these together and I love being able to share some of my very talented friends with you,
along with other personal favorites and interesting finds.

Thank you!

She mostly sells at markets in Texas, but find a piece you want on her Instagram and
she'll mail it to you. They make great gifts!!

If you have Apple TV+, it's available there for free.

Get to know Sara through my conversation with her.
BTW: Each of the non-profits I share on the Friday Faves are ones that Corey and I personally support and that I have vetted for good financial stewardship.

In The Problem of Pain, C.S. Lewis says,
“Pain insists upon being attended to. God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our consciences, but shouts in our pains. It is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world.”

If you're not following The Holderness Family on social media, you need to do so - their videos are hilarious, especially for those of us who are Gen Xers!

15 years ago I completed David Allen's Getting Things Done certification program and
have been using the system ever since.
Along with joining Rachel's group, I highly recommend reading the GTD book.

They go perfectly with Whit's Salt Scrubs that I shared in last week's Friday Faves.

A small disclaimer: Ryan's articles can be hard to follow, he embeds multiple
stories/articles into one (sometimes behind a paywall - ugh!),
so they take a little patience and concentration.

First name / Friend, the year seems to be off to a slow start as far as great podcast episodes - have you listened to any that are worth recommending?
Be well,
