Dear First name / friend,
Great job on
Day 1’s #JustGetDressed with Intention challenge! Did you notice how that small shift made a difference in how you felt? If you missed this key email, you can find it
HERE.
Today, we’re building on that habit with a quick and easy step that will make getting dressed even faster and stress-free.
Day 2: The 5-Minute Outfit Prep Habit
Mornings are busy, and decision fatigue is real. The easiest way to set yourself up for success? Spend 5 minutes the night before choosing your outfit.
👗 Your Challenge:
Tonight, before bed, take just 5 minutes to:
✔️ Pick out what you’ll wear tomorrow (clothes, shoes, accessories—everything!)
✔️ Check for wrinkles, stains, or missing pieces (so you’re not scrambling in the morning!)
✔️ Lay it out or hang it where you can see it
👇🏼See below for a simple idea and use it as a jumping-off point if you wish!
✨ Why this works:
• You’ll save time and energy in the morning.
• You’ll be more likely to wear intentional, put-together outfits.
• You’ll start your day with confidence instead of outfit frustration.
💡 Bonus Tip: If you’re unsure what to wear, start with one item you love (your favorite jeans, a go-to top) and build from there!
Try it tonight and notice how much smoother tomorrow morning feels.
Head to the group and let me know how it goes!
See you for Day 3!
