We believe wholeheartedly that students of all learning backgrounds will enjoy and benefit from the consistency of the Wise Wonder experience. Due to our small group nature, all summer classes and programs are nonrefundable. Should you move out of town, you will be required to present proof of a new address and your remaining balance will be refunded.

 

 

We understand that the summer months involve travel and less structure than the school year. In order to offer flexibility, Wise Wonder allows you to select the exact weeks you would like to attend programming during the summer months. Due to your ability to select the exact classes you attend, there are no make-ups allotted for Wise Wonder summer programming. 

 

 

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you would like to adjust the summer weeks you attend for any reason, please notify the director of your Wise Wonder studio no later than 30 days before your summer start date. If notified at least 30-days prior to your child's first class, we will attempt to switch your class day or week. This cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If notified less than 30 days before your child's first class, schedule changes will not be accommodated. Please note that once you switch your schedule once, you will not be able to do so again. If we are unable to adjust your schedule or if you were not able to provide a 30-day notice, a credit will be issued to you for the programming missed. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: The summer credit cap for all families is $600, regardless of the cost of your enrollment. Due to our small group programming that results in full classes of little learners, waitlists, and the inability to enroll all families in their desired class time, we are unable to provide credits past this amount. We treat each enrollment with great care and hope you understand that your child's spot in class was often another family's wish as well! Therefore, while we work hard to provide credit options, we are unable to provide credits past $600. All credits issued are valid for one year and must be applied to 2025/2026 School Year Enrollment or 2026 Summer Enrollment. 

 

 

We do our best to ensure that every student and caregiver has the best possible experience while enrolled at Wise Wonder Enrichment.  We encourage open dialogue between teachers and parents so that everyone is aware of any problems or concerns that may arise.  However, if a student displays behavior that is disruptive to the classroom environment and we are not able to find an appropriate solution that benefits child, parent, and staff alike, Wise Wonder reserves the right to dismiss the student and/or terminate enrollment at that time.  In such cases, we will provide a refund for all classes remaining in the summer session.

 

 

On occasion, Wise Wonder may need to cancel a class due to inclement weather, teacher illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, we will inform parents as far in advance as possible. Make-ups for these instances will be scheduled by the director personally.
