~ sunday snow day dispatch  ~

so much snow last night!
lots of shoveling and keeping warm tea close at hand today.
this evening, wool sweaters dry next to the hearth.
a few little notes, from me to you
before I head north tomorrow
to hunker down at World's End for the week
to write and vision and hang with the sheep!

Links & Updates:

~ We wassailed the apple orchard last weekend and it was a great success. Thank you to all who came to sing to the trees and wake up the orchard! After we finished celebrating, a big snowstorm came through and the apple trees look so sweet in their ribbons in the snow, as seen in the photo above. Note the lovingly-baked honey cakes hanging from the branches!

~ There are only 8 spots left in Turning Toward The Flower this spring. If you were thinking of signing up this spring, now is the time! We start March 4th. On Valentines Day I hosted a little Q&A info session for the class; if you'd like to peep the recording just reply to this email and I'll send you the link!

~ Olivia at The Golden Thread was kind to invite me on her podcast, The Muse, for a little interview about love spells & love plants: You can listen to the episode here

~ Snow day viewing: one, two, three.
