Dear Indy Tour Team, 

Recently, an Indiana state senator proposed the Work-Life Balance Act to increase the quality of employee satisfaction. This bill addresses a variety of incentives such as providing on-site childcare, annual passes for state parks, paid time off for volunteering at nonprofits and allowing for hybrid work. 

 

Although the incentives introduced in the bill may financially impact us, we endorse the efforts. To ensure a future of proper work-life balance in Indianapolis, companies must be willing to invest in their employees and take a crucial step toward work-life balance. 

As a company of 102 employees, we hope that our endorsement of the bill may influence other organizations to do the same. Our employees are what allows our businesses to continue flourishing.
