Dear First name / friend,
Let’s talk about movement. Not grueling workouts, not hours at the gym—just simple, daily movement that keeps you feeling strong, energized, and confident in your body.
I get it—some days, life happens. But I’ve made a personal commitment to myself that has helped me stay consistent:
👉 I never skip two days in a row.
If I miss one day, no big deal. But two? That’s where I draw the line. This simple rule keeps me on track without guilt or all-or-nothing thinking.
Today’s Challenge: Move Your Body – No Matter What!
Choose one (or more!) of these easy movement wins:
🧘♀️ Morning Stretch: Start your day with a few stretches or yoga poses to wake up your body.
🏃♀️ 10-Minute Rule: If you don’t feel like working out, commit to just 10 minutes—often, you’ll keep going!
🚶♀️ Walk & Talk: Take a call or listen to a podcast while walking.
🪑 NEAT Movement: Stand up, take the stairs, stretch while watching TV—small things add up! (NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, which is just a fancy way of saying all the movement you do throughout the day that isn’t formal exercise.
💪 Habit Stack: Every time you use the bathroom, do 10 air squats or push-ups (counter, floor, full or from your knees)—You’ll sneak in movement all day!
💡 Pro Tip: Schedule movement like an appointment—put it on your calendar so it actually happens!
Your Turn!
How are you getting your movement in today? Head to the group and tell me what you did!
Cheers! Beth
