Hi friends,
As we prepare for new routines in the holy month of Ramadan, I invite you to do your future self—your April self—a favor:
💡 Take a picture (or notes) of what’s working well in your daily life right now.
Ask yourself:
✔️ What habits are working well now?
✔️ What do you usually have for breakfast, and when?
✔️ What are your morning and evening routines like?
✔️ What food do you pack in your lunchbox?
✔️ When do you exercise?
✔️ When do you read?
✔️ When do you sleep and wake up?
Why does this matter?
Because by Eid, you’ll likely forget these rhythms, and weeks will pass before you find your groove again and get back on the horse toward the goals you care so much about right now. Having a snapshot of your current habits will make it much easier to return to the routines that serve you best—without the struggle of figuring them out all over again.
📌 Action step: Keep these notes in your phone’s Notes app and set a reminder to revisit them during Eid.
✨ Extra tip: Enjoy this sacred season and build habits that align with your spiritual and family goals. Then, at the end of Ramadan, take note of what worked so you can make next year even better.
For example: If praying Taraweeh at the mosque brings you peace, make a note to prioritize it next year. This small habit of reflection can help you design a Ramadan that feels truly fulfilling, year after year.
Wishing you a blessed Ramadan! 🌙
