Last month, I took my team on another unforgettable retreat to Cancún! I am so grateful we were able to pull it off again (our first retreat was in 2022)! This is truly a dream come true for me. I am so passionate about a healthy work culture and a thriving staff who feel cared for and motivated to do their best work. The laughter, the bonding, the sun, the ocean–all of it was so healing. It was amazing to celebrate how far Mekky has come in 8 years. From just me at the dining room table to now having a team of 10 incredibly talented individuals, the growth has been nothing short of magical.
The key to longevity–not only with our team but with our clients–is making everyone feel just as cared for. Our core values drive us and we strive to make sure we are living them at Mekky Media every day. I am so proud of so many of our returning clients and the longevity of our team, especially senior leadership. This shows our progression and that truly anything is possible!
