Choose one Keystone Habit to Anchor Your Day
If homemaking feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. The truth is, we don’t need more willpower or complicated systems—we need one small thing to create momentum. That’s where keystone habits come in.

A keystone habit is a simple, powerful routine that anchors your day and naturally leads to other good habits. Think of it as the first domino—when it falls, everything else follows.

James Clear said, “Imagine how much easier and more fulfilling your lifestyle could be if you discovered one or two keystone habits that naturally put the rest of your life in place.”

So today, let’s keep it simple: Choose ONE keystone habit to anchor your day. Here are a few of examples of Keystone Habits to anchor your day:
  1. Make your bed first thing in the morning
  2. Exercise
  3. Start your day with prayer
  4. Get dressed

"Whoever is faithful in very
little is also faithful in much."
Luke 16:10

Homemaking Tip
đź’ˇStart with a habit that brings immediate relief.

✔️ Make your bed first thing. It sets the tone for a tidier home.
✔️ Unload the dishwasher in the morning. No more piling dishes in the sink.
✔️ Start a daily laundry routine. One load a day keeps the chaos away.
✔️ Create a 5-minute reset. Set a timer and tidy up before meals.
