On Thursday 27th March 2025, Coventry & Warwickshire will come together at the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry, for a night like no other, as we find out who will be crowned the winners!
 
The Coventry & Warwickshire Community & Business Awards 2025 is set to be an unforgettable celebration of our region’s businesses, community organisations, and inspirational individuals. No formalities, no round tables — just an electric atmosphere packed with entertainment, incredible stories, and a whole lot of inspiration!
 
With 50+ finalists shortlisted across 10 exciting categories, decided by over 20 impartial and independent judges, anticipation is at an all-time high. But you don’t need to be a finalist to be part of this special evening. This is a night for everyone to celebrate our amazing region!

Coventry’s bars, restaurants, pubs and clubs have been urged to achieve a leading industry accreditation which demonstrates excellence in providing safe experiences for visitors.
Best Bar None is an accreditation scheme supported by the Home Office and drinks industry that aims to improve standards in licensed premises.
 
It is the industry gold standard and is delivered in the city by Coventry Business Improvement District (BID) and Coventry City Council’s Licensing Team.
 
The accreditation highlights to customers that a venue excels in safety, training, management and customer experience.
 
By engaging in the Best Bar None scheme, businesses are also supporting the city’s drive to achieve Purple Flag status, which is an international accreditation programme and recognises city centres that offer an entertaining, diverse and enjoyable night out.

Unity in Coventry CIC
Unity in Coventry CIC, an LGBTQ+ community group in Coventry, is proud to announce an exciting new initiative to rejuvenate one of the city’s subways, transforming it into a vibrant, inclusive public art space that celebrates the LGBTQUIA+ community, unity, and diversity. Thanks to secured funding, this community-led project will feature murals designed by local artists and community members, bringing colour and creativity to the subway that links Coventry’s most iconic LGBTQUIA+ venues.
 
As part of this exciting project, we are looking for volunteers to help us to apply the initial base paint to the subway on the 15th and 16th March, ahead of the artist starting on the art installation. If you are able to spare any time, no matter how small, to support us with this please get in touch with us at subway@unityincov.org.uk
