March is about to be a busy one for me—travel, projects, photoshoots, family activities—all the things. And in the past, whenever life got this hectic, my wellness routines were the first to go (eek!).
I’d tell myself, I’ll get back on track when things slow down.
But here’s what I learned—things rarely slow down. I had to stop waiting for the perfect time to get back to working out or eating healthy and start focusing on what I could do in the moment. Even if it was as simple as reminding myself, “Ari, you gotta drink 8 cups of water today.”
So now, when life gets wild, I follow a simple plan—one that keeps me intentional about taking care of myself, no matter how busy things get. And this time, I want you to join me!
