Welcome to Part 3 of Lucid Dreaming
 
Hey dreamer, 
 
By now you have practiced setting bedtime intentions, prepping your body for sleep by wrapping yourself in Light and calling in your Angels for dreaming.
 
You’ve dipped your toes into daytime lucid dreaming by setting aside time each day to day dream.
 
You’ve also practiced rewriting negative dreams - so they can be reprogrammed for eventual better future outcomes.

This week I want you to revisit your favorite exercise in Part 1, the Workshop and in Part 2. Continue to practice at least 1 bedtime meditation or intention setting nightly - we’ve covered 3 different options so far.
Finally, we’re moving on to the final part of the Journey.
