Can you guess what the most common challenge is that I've seen in my clients across 16 years of teaching Pilates and Embodiment? It's the need for more strength and flexibility in their CORE AND HIPS. Can you relate??

The balance of strength and flexibility in the core, pelvis and hips is so important. We need the centers of our bodies to function well if we want the rest of our bodies to function well!

Each week we will use Pilates and Embodied Movement to foster strength, flexibility and balance in the CORE & HIPS
This class is a perfect addition to your movement practice, where you can build strength in a guided flow of movements and exercises in a group setting from the comfort and convenience of your home.
You will leave each class with improved function and a greater awareness of your center.

This class is for you if…
  • You have low back, hip or knee pain
  • You've had a hip or knee replacement

  • You have sciatica or SI joint pain

Embodiment is living in loving relationship with your body.

Embodied movement is body-led movement. It is a practice of using what you know about your own anatomy, coupled with your body's present moment experience to guide your movement.
