Hi Friend,
This month marks five years of The Thirlby Company.
At the end of 2019, I told my boss that I wanted to launch my own business. Together, we created the “perfect” transition plan.
But then the pandemic happened. I waved goodbye to my team on March 31, 2020, on a Zoom call. It was the saddest last day of work I've ever had.
I didn't know what to expect on the journey ahead, but I told myself that I needed to honor the decision I made, and trust in the process.
I'm so glad I did. My time as an entrepreneur has made me a happier and healthier leader, partner, mom, and friend.
In this month's Digest, I'm sharing five lessons I've learned along the way, and a LinkedIn post with a few more of my sentiments.
Thank you for being a part of the adventure!
