Let's chat!

I had the most fun recording this week's podcast episode with Gary Leavitt, the president of Nutrimill. He had me cracking up one minute and gasping in shock the next.

I've started sending out a quick email summary of each new podcast episode, every Monday.

If you'd rather not hear about the exciting guests or encouraging topics going on over on the Simple Doesn't Mean Easy podcast, just let me know. No hard feelings.

But please don't hit “unsubscribe,” that will delete me from your inbox for good & I have so many recipes, insights, and encouragement heading your way in the months ahead.

Instead, you can let me know what kind of content you enjoy and what kind you'd rather skip. Here's how…

What we're talking about this week

Gary and I chat about the fascinating history of flour--why today's “enriched” flour is 100% dead and even potentially carcinogenic (you won't believe the bit about human hair and duck feathers… seriously).

We talk about everything from the techniques of milling to the role of government regulations in flour production & the modern implications of consuming refined flour. We both get excited about the renaissance of milling and a new concern in our society about the importance of real food in our diets.

I think you'll love it! I've already gotten so many messages from folks… many about the duck feathers…
