Spring is finally here, First name / dear friend!
Last time I got to share our wonderful news that our precious new grandson, Brooks has arrived!! 🩵 We are overjoyed he is here and love seeing our son Michael and daughter-in-law Ashley as they adjust to being a family of three.
I have some exciting news for Simple Hospitality…
We applied to take part in a Book Fair at one of my favorite shops in Tampa, Oxford Exchange and we were ACCEPTED! I heard they had a great response from authors who applied, and only 40 were selected!!!
If you're local, I would absolutely love to have you attend and be part of this special event. Mark your calendars for the 11th Annual Oxford Exchange Book Fair on May 1st from 6-9pm.
You have to reserve a ticket here, but the event is free to attend!!

One of the sweetest parts of sharing Simple Hospitality has been connecting with incredible local businesses that embody kindness and generosity. Bay Hill Florist, one of the beautiful shops that carries my book, recently showed hospitality in the most thoughtful way—they sent a surprise bouquet to Scott and me a few weeks ago during the Bay Hill Golf Tournament!
Their kindness was a perfect reminder that hospitality isn’t just about opening our homes—it’s about opening our hearts. 💐
This wasn’t the first time Bay Hill Florist brightened our lives! Last year, our two daughters (without knowing the other was doing the same!) both sent stunning floral arrangements from them for a Simple Hospitality "Thank You" party I hosted, making the celebration even more special. 🌷
