Hello folks.

Yes, it's been a minute.

Turns out that getting off social media was SO GOOD that I entirely ditched my cute e-newsletter as well.

But we're back. (On socials, too!) & I have been quietly brainstorming ways to connect these spaces together in a nourishing, gentle way.

When I dreamt of starting this newsletter, I desired to share images and moments that were impacting me throughout the weeks and months. Instagram journaling had become more and more irrelevant, due to blurry intentions and the lack of creation across the board (looking at YOU who have accounts but never post !) Sometimes I feel entirely unsocial when I don't feel like I have anyone to hype up! (haha)

I mean, didn't we all start on social media because we wanted to interact socially? Share socially? Be social? Just, more often? Anyway. Coming back to Instagram has had its ups and downs. But I've felt a lot more fueled as I've been using it for my business leadership instead of my digital diary.

So, the good news is, this newsletter is here to stay for the time being! And although it may be more sporadic than I initially thought it would be, you'd best believe it'll be. And that's good enough for me. :)

if you're new here, i've always been enamored by the stories that underlay our lives. this series is my prayer that creating a life well-lived doesn't have to happen 100% online.

as of late i've been learning to prioritize childhood ‘joys’ that involve crafting with my hands and listening with my spirit, instead of relying on the constant consumption that comes from major social media platforms. i call them my “meadow moments”.

listening to: the nightingale by kristin hannah (leaning more audiobook than music as of late)
