Following up on the pumpkin version, we made sweet potato amazake using the roasted sweet potatoes from Harmonious Kitchen's bento! The ingredients are just sweet potatoes, rice koji, and water. The natural sweetness and richness of the roasted sweet potatoes really come through. Thanks to the Vitamix blender, it's super smooth and has an amazing texture! Even if you're not a fan of pumpkin, we think you'll still enjoy this. You can freeze it in a jar and eat it slightly thawed like ice cream—totally guilt-free since there's no added sugar! You can also spread it on toast, dilute it with an equal amount of water to drink as amazake, or use it as a natural sweetener for soy milk, almond milk, or regular milk. Give it a try! 😊💛 |

I am reaching out to ask for your support with the haiku contest in my third-year Japanese class. If possible, please choose up to five haiku from the 16 listed in the Google Form by March 31st. カボチャに続き、Harmonious Kitchenのお弁当に入っている焼き芋を使って、「サツマイモの甘酒」を作りました！材料は さつまいも・米麹・水 のみ。焼き芋の自然な甘さとコクがしっかり引き出されています。 Vitamixのブレンダーでなめらかに仕上げているので、口当たりも抜群！かぼちゃが苦手な方にも、美味しく召し上がっていただけると思います。 瓶のまま冷凍して、少し解凍してからアイスクリームのように食べれば、お砂糖不使用なのでギルトフリー！そのままトーストに塗ったり、同量の水で割って甘酒として楽しんだり、豆乳・アーモンドミルク・牛乳の甘味料としてもお使いいただけます。 ぜひお試しください！ |
