With full hearts and a mix of both closure and new beginnings, we share news that marks a significant shift in our collective journey: #WeAllGrow is entering a new era. 

 

We're thrilled to announce that the Amigahood community will be led by the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), an incredible professional nonprofit organization with a shared mission to elevate Latinas.

 

This transition comes at a time of unprecedented socio-political shifts, where spaces built to empower our communities face mounting challenges and resistance. As the most prominent Latina community platform, #WeAllGrow has stood resilient—both as a first line of defense against erasure and as a beacon of collective possibility.

 

We've witnessed firsthand how DEI efforts are being systematically dismantled and corporate priorities redirected, leaving mission-driven organizations like ours to shoulder both the responsibility and impact of these changes. Under HACE's leadership as an established nonprofit, Amigahood will be nurtured. Their deep commitment to creating inclusive environments that celebrate the diversity and talent within all our communities ensures that our work continues. The community will thrive through HACE's fundamental belief that true excellence emerges from a rich tapestry of perspectives, experiences, and voices—the very elements that drive innovation and create opportunities for all.

 

In this moment, when so many of our spaces are being silenced, we're profoundly grateful that HACE, under the brilliant leadership of Patricia Mota, has stepped in to shepherd #WeAllGrow® and Amigahood® forward, ensuring our community will continue to have a safe place to gather, build professional goals, provide resources, and nurture meaningful connections.

For 14 years, #WeAllGrow has been a catalyst for change, a place where Latinas found their power, built their dreams, and formed unbreakable bonds. From our beginnings as Latina Bloggers Connect to the evolution of #WeAllGrow, we have redefined how Latinas heal, commune, and grow together. Our summits set new industry standards, our advocacy opened doors, and our community reimagined what's possible.

 

At the heart of this journey is our founder, Ana Flores, whose vision planted the seed that flourished into an ecosystem where thousands found their voice and purpose. Her leadership shaped the digital landscape in ways that will ripple for generations.

 

In 2022, Vanessa Santos joined as co-CEO, advancing #WeAllGrow's reach and influence. Her leadership expanded our community ecosystem, and WAG's signature model of creating safe gathering moments that supported Latinas to show up as their authentic and colorful selves.

 

When we made the difficult decision to cancel Weekend Fest in 2023, Ana and Vanessa led with unwavering integrity, standing in solidarity with hotel workers in Southern California—a choice that came at a cost but upheld our values. That's who #WeAllGrow has always been.

 

This journey would not have been possible without the visionaries, supporters, brand partners, and team members—past and present—who poured their hearts into this community. To our Amigas who believed in the power of Latinas as a force, to our allies who amplified our mission, and to every individual who contributed to this dream: your impact is immeasurable. Gracias for believing in what we built together.

HACE's exceptional efforts to empower and uplift Latina professionals are creating a ripple effect, allowing individuals in the community to thrive at any stage of their journey.
