Grateful for the Journey

One year ago, we took a leap of faith—a dream, a mission, a movement—to create a space where women of color could rise, lead, and thrive together. As we celebrate our first anniversary, our hearts are full of gratitude.

Gratitude for the women who showed up.
Gratitude for the mentors who poured into others.
Gratitude for the community that made this vision real.

This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary—and we’re only getting started!

Thank you to every single person who has walked this path with us. Your belief, support, and presence mean everything. Year 2 is going to be even bigger, and we can’t wait to grow with you.

Celebrating Your Journey: Women's History Month Stories

This Women's History Month, we want to celebrate you and your unique journey. Every career path has its twists and turns, its victories and challenges—and your story matters.

Whether you're just starting out or have decades of experience, sharing your experiences can light the way for others. When women of color tell their stories, they create powerful ripples of inspiration and belonging. Your words could be exactly what someone needs to hear to know they aren't walking their path alone.

We invite you to share your story with our community. The moments that shaped you. The obstacles you overcame. The wisdom you've gained along the way.

Your voice matters. Your journey matters. And someone out there needs to hear it.

I'm all ears :)
