High Protein Ranch Dressing
Makes about 1 ½ cups
Ingredients
• ½ cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
• ½ cup whipped cottage cheese (blend ½ cup cottage cheese until smooth)
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp dried dill (or 1 tsp fresh, minced)
• ½ tsp dried parsley (or 1 tsp fresh, minced)
• ½ tsp dried chives (or 1 tsp fresh, minced)
• ½ tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1-2 tbsp water or milk (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
1. Whip the cottage cheese – Blend ½ cup cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and whipped cottage cheese until creamy.
3. Add in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and mix well.
4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
5. If the dressing is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
