as per the title of this weeks newsletter...I am feeling more and more drawn to going within as I am stepping into this new chapter. Which has been looking like spending LOADS of time solo and lowkey.. While also staying off my phone when it comes to texting. Ya ever just have that urge where you're like, "yoo…to heck with texting atm…"

While... tiptoeing 😅😅😅 into this next chapter.
I have been finding myself forgetting and stumbling upon old habits 😏😏😏. To where that unease is surfacing again 😏😏😏.
As I was thinking about what to write for this week. I came across a poetry piece that I had written a few years ago. Back when I had found myself reverting and leaning on fears instead of trusting the process.
Ahhh THIS poetry piece just hits right as it's a great reminder that it's all apart of the journey...
the ebbs and the flows
so here goes...

what do you see
when you turn to the next page of your journey…
do you see the version of you that has grown beyond the old habits, beliefs, and stories that you had once held so near and dear to you heart...
what do you see...
what do you see as you open your eyes just a little bit wider
to look back at the old chapter you've just completed...
do you see the evolution within my love...
do you see it?...
yet, here you are slowly closing your eyes
flipping back to
what you know...
because feeling and seeing something you already know
feels like home
because there's nothing like
-comfort zones-

As I am navigating this terrain…
I am finding that I am unearthing and coming face to face with somethings I had buried and/or glazed over.
Ya'll...TRULY understanding ways to navigate at times is TRICKY and a lot of times ya simply just want to make this ish STOPPP to come up for air…
But that saying...
"you aren't given what you're not capable of facing."
is sooo spot on…because ya TRULY got this!!!
So even when it feels like an ongoing roller coaster ride...
Simply know that your next stop off is right around the corner
so keep going...
