If you cannot attend, you may appoint another member to vote on your behalf. Please complete the Proxy Form and return it to admin@jhb.mcsa.org.za at least 24 hours before the meeting.
Raise a Discussion Item or Submit a Resolution
If you would like to propose a topic for discussion or submit a resolution for voting, please complete the Resolution Submission Form before the meeting and email to admin@jhb.mcsa.org.za
Join the Committee or a Subcommittee
The existing committee members have indicated that they are available for re-election, but this does not mean that others cannot stand. If you are passionate about contributing to the club, we welcome nominations for any position. The Bouldering Portfolio remains vacant, and we encourage interested members to step forward. We also need volunteers to serve on subcommittees, including a Fundraising Events Coordinator – a crucial role to help support club activities.
