Bhaswati Bhattacharya, MPH, MD, PhD, ABIHM, FABPM
 
Dr. Bhaswati Bhattacharya, MPH MD, PhD (Pharmacology, Ayurveda Rasa Shastra) is Clinical Asst Professor of Family Medicine in the Dept of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York.  She serves on the Physician Data Query (PDQ) project at NIH-NCI for Integrative, Alternative, and Complementary Therapies. She is a WHO consultant for the Global Traditional Medicine Center. Prior to starting her solo clinic in Manhattan, she served for 10 years as attending physician in medicine, ob/gyne, and family medicine and as Director of Research & Grants, and Director of CAM at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center of the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare Network. Trained formally in family medicine and preventive medicine, pharmacology, neuroscience, public health, nutrition, ayurveda and also in homeopathy, yoga, and herbal and herbomineral medicines, she works with the spectrum of the Journey through Cancer with patients who come seeking integrative care. She is a senior Fulbright Scholar in medical sciences and author of the bestselling book Everyday Ayurveda.

Ranjit Nimbalkar, BAMS MD, PhD
 
 
Dr. Ranjit Nimbalkar, BAMS is an ayurvedic physician and earned his masters specialty (MD-Ayurveda, RogaNidan) from Pune University and a PhD from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. He also earned a BA and MA in Sanskrit from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. He also completed a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR). He has worked as an ayurvedic cancer consultant for several large hospitals in several states of India and now runs his own comprehensive cancer care clinic called Anubandha Health Care with his physician-wife. Both are also medaled as long-distance runners and use their experience to counsel patients on the importance of active lifestyle to turn cancer around. With almost 25 years of teaching experience in Ayurveda, Nimbalkar has developed a decision tree for integrating ayurveda into cancer care and has delivered lectures in the U.S. and Europe to promote Ayurvedic practices.
