Manage and resolve customer escalations, including FCC, BBB, and Attorney General complaints, by collaborating with field sales teams and leadership to ensure prompt and effective solutions. Requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in customer service or related fields. Competitive salary with benefits package.

 

Roadie – CX Operations Manager. Remote. Full-time. Lead and develop a team of Operations Specialists to enhance processes within Roadie's Customer Experience functions, including Customer Support, Trust & Safety, Customer Operations, and Logistics & Recovery. Requires 3+ years in project or change management, experience managing high-performing operations teams, and strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include certifications like PMP or Six Sigma. Must be available for full-time shifts between 5:30 AM–4:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday. Pays $18–$22/hour. Paid Viewpoint - Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long (at least for me) to cash out since the threshold is only $5. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

 

Tixr – Client Success Representative. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Support clients and event-goers by fielding daily customer inquiries, managing support channels, and acting as a liaison between fans, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities include documenting event policies, analyzing support trends, and maintaining expert knowledge of Tixr’s platform. Requires 2+ years in customer support, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or startups is a plus. Pays $19–$21/hour with benefits including health coverage, unlimited PTO, 401(k), birthday off, and access to live events. Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Revolution Prep - Tutor. US. Full-time. You will lead dynamic tutoring sessions, including executive function coaching. Completed Bachelor's degree mandatory; additional qualifications a plus. Pay is $25 to $28 hourly.

 

Welocalize - Internet Rater. Open to many US states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky ,Missouri ,Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania ,South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin. Part-time. You will review and grade internet search queries to help search engines work better. In other words, you'll tell the search engine how good or bad its results are based on the user's keywords. They are looking for people who are fluent in both written and spoken English with a strong understanding of US pop culture. You must also have a reliable computer system and internet connection as well as a familiar understanding of how to use online search engines. You must be able to receive and understand instructions in English and comply with the project conventions and rules expected by the client and successfully pass learning modules and a required quality test designed by their client before starting work. An NDA must also be signed to protect client confidentiality.
