Site Notes:  Your Weekly Nudge to a Better Site.

This one might sting a little… but if you're website doesn't have any proof that real people have worked with you–and loved it–you're making it way harder for folks to say yes.

This means having social proof: testimonials, reviews, case studies. It's not just fluff. It's what makes someone think, “Okay, this looks legit. I could actually trust them.”

And if you're wondering why people are clicking around your site but not your CTA… this might be the missing piece.

Reason #9 on why people don’t convert: No Testimonials? No Conversions.

So where should you put them? Don't just bury it at the bottom of a testimonials page. Try this instead:
  • Add a short client quote right under your headline or call to action.
  • Drop one into your “About” page to support the vibe.
  • Include one near each service to show real results from real people.

It's not about bragging rights. It's about helping people feel safe to say yes.

You've done great work. Let's show the receipts.

Until next week,
CJ
