๐ We talking about the stigma around perfectionism.ย
ย

ย
Your perfectionism can be helpful (adaptive) or harmful (maladaptive). If you're a perfectionist, you'll probably exhibit perfection in BOTH forms. Bad and Good. Helpful and Harmful.
