Cacao Micro Dose Recipe:
1. Using just under a cup of water bring water to just before a boil
2. Add micro dose to the water, stir in and let it sit for 5 minutes
3. Use 2-3 tablespoons of cut-up cacao (this is a mediation dose, good for everyday use). Our favourite brand of Cacao to use is Cacao Laboratory. 4. After the 5 minutes add the cut-up Cacao into your hot water and use a frothier to mix it together.
5. Add a few twists of sea salt
6. If you want to cut the bitter taste of the cacao use a natural sweetener. Our favourites are Canadian Maple Syrup or Agave. You add a teaspoon or more or less depending on how sweet you would like it to taste.
7. Give it a mix with the frothier once more
8. It's ready to enjoy! Cacao is a sacred medicine that is none psychoactive, please use this medicine with respect and gratitude. It's always recommended to inform yourself on the medicines you would like to incorporate into your life before using them.
