Description of Service:

Occupied Staging Consultation: This starts the selling process!

In a 1-hour onsite walk-through alongside the sellers together we create a to-do list for the sellers to complete. We do ask the sellers to have a notepad ready to take specific notes. Not only do we help determine the best layout for the existing furnishings we provide recommendations for property condition and contents for photos and showings. Four general documents/checklists will be sent via email post consultation to support in the staging preparation process.

**This service is for an occupied property and the sellers complete the rearranging and repairs.

All vacant staging requests will still be directed through
