Spring is definitely in full swing around here. Our azalea bushes have been exploding with new blooms. The golf course is extra green from recent rain. The sun is starting to set within our line of view from the patio. As outdoor lovers - we are ready to soak it all up! How about you?

We are definitely feeling a bit of spring fever around here. I sat yesterday browsing through the April issue of OHCC Living (the monthly magazine for residents) which got me all excited about upcoming events here in the neighborhood - from game nights to live performances and, of course, the big Spring Fling…April is going to be a fun one for sure!
 
When our girls were little, we used to bring them to the Spring Fling which always takes place close to Easter. We would meet up with my folks who live here and take full advantage of all of the fun as a family. This year's event is on Saturday, April 19. We will definitely share some pictures on the socials so keep an eye out. And, if you're going to be there, let us know. We'd love to se you!
 
Speaking of the socials…if you are not already following us on Facebook or Instagram, please do. We will be sharing lots of good stuff in real time there all month long. I really dropped the ball on posting the last several weeks as I have been recovering from a hand surgery, but this month, I will be getting back at it so you don't miss out on any of the fun. 
 
PRO TIP: When visiting OHCC for a big community event like the Spring Fling, come early so you don't get stuck at the front gate.

🏡 MARKET UPDATE for OHCC
 
In March 2025, real estate activity at Ocean Hills Country Club remained steady, with 17 homes on the market, up from 16 in February. The median asking price dropped to $927K, down from $1.195M last month.
 
A total of 9 homes sold, with 3 closing above asking price and 4 selling below—including 1 that sold significantly below its original price (-$124K). At least two of this month’s sales were purchased by developers and will return to the market fully remodeled in the near future.
 
The median sale price dipped to $927K, a notable drop from February’s $1.025M, influenced by several smaller square footage homes that sold this month.
A new community record was set, with an Antibes model selling for $1.625M, the highest recorded sale in Ocean Hills Country Club to date. However, this record won’t last long—there is already a new listing on the market for $1.8M, featuring exceptional upgrades and views.
 
The median time on market dropped to just 3 days, down from 29 days in February. This dramatic shift was due to a wave of new listings that sold quickly, with only one older listing (88 days on market) closing in March.
