Greetings Barre Bae!

I'm coming off of a much needed newsletter hiatus. Entering one of the most hectic times of year at my 9-5, while trying to move this little infant business forward, has left me exhausted. I decided to listen to my body and let go where I could. In this case, it meant pausing the newsletter for two weeks while I regrouped and took a little rest. Those extra few hours of sleep on Monday nights were so needed and I'm feeling refreshed and more creative thanks to that self imposed time-out!

This week we're looking at some exciting new schedule changes, taking advantage of the last few days of the anniversary 10-pack special, and getting 15% off all merch with an unlimited membership.

NEW CLASS SCHEDULE

Since last summer I've been offering hybrid barre classes in hopes to make movement accessible and enjoyable for folx regardless of where they live and what they have going on.

I've also really struggled trying to support clients online AND clients in person at the same time. It's hard for me to feel like I'm giving both groups my undivided attention and don't feel fully present for either.

Based on several months of attendance numbers and my personal challenges teaching hybrid classes, I've decided to add another day to my schedule in order to teach two in person classes and two separate online classes each week as opposed to three hybrid sessions.

The new class schedule below will be in effect starting next week (April 29).

NEW WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Starting Tuesday, April 29
  • Tuesdays, 6:30pm, ONLINE ONLY
  • Wednesdays, 6:30pm, IN PERSON ONLY
  • Thursdays, 6:30pm, ONLINE ONLY
  • Saturdays, 9:30am, IN PERSON ONLY
The hope is to alleviate my stress levels tied to hybrid teaching and give clients the personal attention they expect and deserve when it comes to small, intimate classes.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if this new schedule is posing a conflict with your movement practice and you would like to explore some alternate time options.

Now with the option to take up to four classes each week, it might be a good time to consider an unlimited membership.

Unlimited memberships are $125/month, include one monthly guest pass to have a loved one join you for free, and 15% off any merch or special events.

If you regularly come to class twice a week and are purchasing 10-packs for $180, you're currently spending about $144 each month. For folx who practice two, three, or four times each week, an unlimited membership would break down to $15.60/$10.40/$7.80 per class.

Call or email if you would like assistance setting up an unlimited membership.

Pass it on…
