What's MOBS?
MOBS is Studium's Mobility & Stability class. Its intention is to improve the function of your body and assist in recovering from workouts.
Class begins with foam rolling for some self-myofascial release (the fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles), which can also alleviate post-workout soreness.
We continue with some deep stretching and conclude with balance exercises.
MOBS can improve your body's range of motion, balance - and it just feels good.
MOBS With Meg
I'll be leading class on Thursdays from 9:15 to 10 a.m. at Studium Fitness' Littleton location, 24 Beacon Street, Suite 4C (Rail Trail Village).
If you're into strength training, TRX With Ted is right before, from 8:15 to 9:10 a.m.! (TRX uses Total Body Resistance exercises to build strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility using just your body weight and gravity.)
Pricing
The drop-in rate is $25 or you can purchase a 5 Class Pass for $110.
I recommend the Intro Offer. You can take unlimited classes at Studium's Littleton, NH and Danville, VT locations over 15 days for just $59.
And if you're hardcore like me, you can look into Studium's Unlimited Pass.
My Business is Shifting
I've been feeling a pull towards wellness and self-sufficiency (i.e. homesteading) for quite some time. And I sense a shift in my business.
I'm not sure how it will look, but I believe in trusting where you're led.
While I'll continue teaching my
Begin Your Business and
Self-Employed School online courses, business and marketing are going to shift to a sub-topic of my overall business - and I'm going to rebrand away from “Miss MegaBug.” 😳
I have some thoughts on this next phase, but I'm challenging myself to pause before taking action - which is not how I usually operate. (Wish me luck.)
Shout-out to Pat Laurino of
North Country Spiritual Pathways for helping me solidify that my business is changing, it's ok, and for always cheering me on. (Pat offers intuitive guidance and I highly recommend working with her. I've been seeing her for several years now.)
