Oooh, boy, it’s just news, after news, after news in my emails to you lately. Because, you guessed it, I have some info to share with you! And I’m literally happy dancing in my seat as I type this.
As you may know, I’ve been teasing about Cody and Tee’s story recently. Especially in my Diva reader group. Where I also shared that this is the theme tune to their story:

Things Left Unsaid, then you’ll know that Tee and Cody were penpals while he was in the service. Like the angel I am, I asked if they wanted to read one of their letters.
Here it is.
The ‘Dear John’ that ended it all.
Now, I want to preface this with a little note — this letter is both so incredibly kind and yet so incredibly unkind. It’s the catalyst for change. It’s where two different people, in two different stages of their lives, communicate via pen to paper and it shatters everything.
Proof that words hurt. Especially without context. Especially just flat on a sheet of paper.
It’s funny how you can learn so much about someone in a letter, but you can also shield so much…
